If so to which medical school? The medical school has to be in the USA.

sure it is possible, if your marks are high enough. You should apply to a medical school close to where you live.

Yes because you can get into medical school with ANY BS degree, but you will likely need to take several courses to prepare yourself for entry and to prepare for the MCAT exam. In nursing programs you usually don't get higher math, organic chemistry, physics, etc. The first thing you need to do is start looking into which medical school you want to attend, then meet with the school's academic advisors to start course planning in prep for MCAT. You have to get a good score on MCAT in addition to holding a high GPA from all your undergrad coursework to be considered for entry into med school. It's very competative, so be prepared to work your butt off.

nursing degree from abroad
nursing degree from abroad?
Hi all, My sister-in-law recently came from India. She was a RN in India and now she is planning to work as a nurse in USA, but she is confused about how can she start her career here. Should she do LVN program and then go for RN program or what can she do? does she have to do all her study again or she can sit in NCLex exam. Please suggest something. We live in California(if state needed). thank you.

If you have a degree - or any other qualification - then you'll already be in advace of of the masses when it comes to looking for careers. My friend has a degree and he wasn't sure what direction to go with it, but he stumbled upon some excellent tips on the website in the resource box below which helped him to settle that he wanted to be a lab assistant. There is loads of help on the website regarding other careers.
2 :
She needs to contact the CA state board of nursing. Google their website. They will also probably have information on their site about foreign-educated nurses so you might not even have to call to find the information you're looking for.

Start looking at schools online. You can start searching on collegeboard.com. There are tons of colleges that offer RN degrees. You have to pass the language exam. Try to find one that has opportunities for scholarships and opportunities to work on campus, which the money will go straight to your tuition. Another route to this is to get your nursing degree at your home country. Then work with an agency to get a job abroad - usually in Europe you would be placed. Other places are Canada and possibly the U.S.A.
