First you would need to go to nursing school. Then you would have to meet the requirements and pass the exam for each country.
2 :
There is a difference between India and USA nurse registration but to get admission you must need to read out their requirement of your qualification and other things. http://www.onlineedublog.com/career-nurse-practitioner/

I don't know about India or UAE, but for the USA the shortest amount of time it takes to become an RN is 2 years of tech college, and then you have to pass a national standardized test called the NCLEX. Most nurses in the US go to college for 4 years though, because having a bachelor's degree in the US makes it easier to get a job, and you can work wherever you want. Sometimes the US will take degrees from other places. For example, if you go to college in India to be a nurse, then you come to the US, if you take the NCLEX and pass in the US you can become a nurse here too (in most cases)..

Yes

If you really want to have a tattoo I suggest you get it done in a place that is easy to cover up in professional situations. Neck or face tattoos are not a good idea as it will undermine your professional look. Piercings are fine as long as they are tasteful and not too many. Lip and tongue rings are probably not a good idea either. At least piercings can be removed while tattoos are pretty permanent.
3 :
There are no laws or rules against having tattoos in healthcare, but you are likely to encounter subtle or hidden prejudice. Like it or not, tattoos scream alot of things at a patient when they see them. "Competent and well educated health provider" is not one of them. Yes, you can become a nurse but I strongly suggest that you keep your tattoos covered while on the job.
4 :
Will it affect your employment? What employment? You won't get a job with visible brandings.
5 :
our hospital require tattos be coverd while on duty.

What Dr Brrrr stated is spot-on. They are not specifically prohibited, but might send the wrong message to many patients (and potential employers). Tattoos really should not be visible while on the job, in my opinion. I am not a fan of multiple piercings (that are visible) either but that's just me.

G'day, While not via the internet, tho, maybe, do check out Excelsior College, https://www.excelsior.edu/ You can do your degree via independent study. Depending on where you live, discussing your plans with a local nursing school about short cutting the time may work. Hey, drop http://www.nursingworld.org/ a note on your situation. They may be able to suggest something. Good Luck.

easy, hired quick. there is a large need for medical workers.
2 :
I think the two certificates are different. An LPN license takes about 2 years, typically. ...but yeah, there is a shortage of all positions in the medical field.
3 :
there is ahuge demand there is a lot of training involved.
4 :
a certificate for practical nurse is different from licensed practical because license one passed a qualifying examination to work as one . i do not have an idea what are your chamces of employment in the united states but here in middle east is so easy to land ajob but not that much high salary.
5 :
Depending on where you live depends on how easily you will find a job. The certificate/diploma earned by LPNs is "earned" after you've completed the program. The license allows you to practice nursing. Best of luck.
