How to bring my Filipina cousin to the U.S.?
So heres the situation, I have a 22yo cousin who currently lives in the Philippines and she wants to come to the USA. I live in California myself and am having a hard time finding a good way to get her over here. With all the Balikbayan's in the states I know someone has to have some solid information on this and it would be greatly appreciated. By the way she just got her LPN(Licensed Practical Nurse) degree if that would help.

Well, family sponsorship isn't for cousins, but for spouses, minor children, unmarried sons and daughters, and if US citizen married sons and daughters, and brothers and sisters. However, there might be an employment-based permanent residence available. First, they grant 40,000 people/year permanent residence because they are skilled workers, professionals and other workers. However, due the amount of applicants, this has a 5-6 year waiting list. Also, she might be considered a priority worker (extraordinary ability in sciences, arts, education, business or athletics, or internationally recognized professors for at least 3 yrs teaching or researching, or managers/executives subject to international transfer to the US). If that is the case, there are 40,000 people granted this/year, but those are currently available.

You cannot sponsor your cousin since a US citizen can only sponsor a spouse, parents, children and siblings. You can probably help her by finding an employer who can sponsor her or as David suggested, introduce her to someone who will probably be interested in marrying her provided it is a legitimate relationship and there will be no fraud involve.
