how to start work as a nurse in USA?

have passed a CGFNS test now I am going to pass IELTS test to get CGFNS
certificate and is it possible to start working as a nurse in US with
CGFNS certificate and with a year working experience as a nurse in
Georgia.

should contact the human resources offices of hospitals you have an
interest in working for. American hospitals need nurses, and I'm sure
someone there will help you.
