I would wait until a democrat goes in office,and that way you can get Russian or a Chinese address, depending on what side of the wall you live on, we can only wait and see. What!! If an employer petitions for an EB-3 immigrant visa for a nurse, the nurse may bring immediate family members with him/her to the U.S. as legal permanent residents. An EB-3 could be accompanied by a spouse (E3-4)and children (under 21) (E3-5). So, they could apply for SS cards because they would be permanent residents too.
