Why USA do not introduce high caliber courses in the Phil. like scientist why only Nursing&caregiver as helper?
Is this a kind of Discrimination to the Filipinos, made to be a maid?

You don't get much more scientific than biology or anatomy and physiology.
If you mean why are there no rocket scientists. Thank God you don't have rockets to study.
It isn't up to America to run your educational system. That's your job. Talk to Gloria.

agree with the first answerer. If you want that the Philippines will
have that course, go to USA, study the kind of science you want, go back
to the Philippines, start a school about that then done. Period. Not as
easy as it sounds, actually.

Why would USA do that? We got our own problems to deal with.

our current president used to be a domesticated helper in dubai.

we gonna do with that scientist degree? As far as I know there is not
many job for that. Lots of people needing nurse but not so many is
building a space ship.

first, there isn't much budget
to fund for education like that
second, no job available for that
third, since we are small in population, and there is restrains in
budget, the only education available are those subservient to first
world countries.

that the USA should teach some courses in Philippines . Why don't you
ask why the Philippines does not teach ? Think , if it does not hurt
