It depends where the MSN degree was done, how much experience in nursing, the level of experience you have, and depending on the state you may have to demonstrate your nursing skills by taking the nursing boards. In addition you may be asked to take an English test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or another type of test to demonstrate you level of English is sufficient to properly care for patients. Best advice for you is to contact the state board of nursing in the state you would like to be a nurse and ask what their requirements are for a nurse with a MSN degree from your country.
