If I go to school in brazil to become a nurse can I work in the USA?
I'm American but would like to go to colledge in brazil to become a nurse. I want to do a lot of traveling and would like to know if a nursing degree in brazil would trasfur over in America (or any country) I have family in brazil but I don't want to go to colledge there if I can't work in my own country. Please help :-)

You'll to check the guidelines for nursing credentialing in the US. https://www.ncsbn.org/index.htm Contact and ask them! I'd really suggest you do your program in the US. Yes. You can work in US after completion of your course.

You would have to have your education and experience evaluated by the BON in the state you want to work in.they would decide if you are eligible to write the NCLEX.If you pass it then you would get a license for that state.
