Degrees of graduation for a nurse...?
I'm portuguese and I'm taking a 4year degree to become a Nurse. Here in Portugal it's called "licenciatura", it's recognized in all Europe, but I want to work one day in USA and I don't know at which degree it's compared there... Could u help me? Do u know any nurse who came from Europe? Thanks!

The licenciatura degree awarded in Portugal is roughly equivalent to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree awarded in the US. When applying for licensure in the US, they will have you submit your transcripts, and will evaluate them for adequacy, prior to allowing you to take the licensure examinations in the US.
